In 2010 Mary trained to become a zest4life weightloss & motivational coach. Since then Mary has run zest4life nutrition & weightloss programmes in Blanchardstown. Based on the work of highly respected nutritionist Patrick Holford, ZEST4LIFE is an exciting new nutrition and weight loss programme designed to educate and motivate you to change and improve your body, your health, and your well-being for good. For more information on programmes, see under 'zest4life'. Mary also runs adult education courses in Nutrition and Health in St Helena’s Resource Centre, Finglas and Castleknock Community College . In addition, she gives talks to interested groups (schools, community groups, mother and toddler groups etc).
Mary is a member of the Nutritional Therapists of Ireland (NTOI), which is the professional association supporting qualified Nutritional Therapists in Ireland. It is the only Irish association affiliated with the British Association of Nutritional Therapists (BANT), and shares a common code of ethics and practice. Mary regularly attends seminars and lectures to keep her knowledge and skills up-to-date. |
